Meg Weathersby starred for the Saints’ volleyball team for four seasons (2007-10) and helped lead the team to the program’s first NCAA Division II National Tournament appearance in 2009. That team is still the only southeast region team to win a match at the national championships. Weathersby was an American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) honorable mention All-American in 2010 and was a two-time AVCA All-Southeast Region pick. She was selected as the 2010 Daktronics Southeast Region Player of the Year and was a two-time Daktronics All-Southeast Region honoree. Weathersby was the Peach Belt Conference Player of the Year and earned first-team all-conference honors in 2009 and 2010. A middle blocker/outside hitter in her playing days, she is second all-time in kills with 1,701 and attempts with 4,403. She is fourth in aces (160), seventh in digs (1,178), and ninth in total blocks (278). Weathersby is the first volleyball player to be inducted into the Flagler Athletics Hall of Fame.
