She helped the Saints win a FAIAW State title in 1976, 1977, and 1979 in basketball and two state titles in softball. Flagler would play schools like the University of Florida, Florida State University, Jacksonville University, the University of Miami, the University of Central Florida, the University of South Florida, Florida A&M University, and Bethune-Cookman University.
