Flagler College is a member of NCAA Division II and the Peach Belt Conference. As an active member of NCAA Division II and the Peach Belt Conference, Flagler College is responsible for the actions of its coaches, student-athletes, faculty, staff, fans, representatives of athletics interests (booster), alumni and friends.
 
The Compliance Office at Flagler College has two main functions; to educate all internal and external constituents and to monitor NCAA Division II rules compliance. The Compliance Office meets regularly with coaches and student-athletes to provide rules education, interpretations and pertinent materials pertaining to NCAA Bylaws. These efforts aim to ensure institutional control.
 
Rules education efforts are of the utmost importance. The Compliance Office appreciates the complexities of NCAA legislation and is committed to a continuously evolving comprehensive educational program for everyone in the community that is collectively involved with Flagler College Athletics. All those invested in Flagler College Athletics share a responsibility to assist the athletics program by understanding and complying with NCAA Division II rules.
