Dana Heimen of the women's tennis team was selected as Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending June 1.

The Ketsch, Germany native helped lead the Saints to the semi final round of the NCAA National Championship. Heimen went 2-0 in her singles matches, one of them was against No. 5 Alina Michalitsch. In her second match of the tournament, she won her first set 7-6 (7-3) against No. 2 Angelina Linnikova before the match was stopped. In doubles, Heimen and partner Anastasia Nikolova went 1-1, defeating No. 7 Linnikova and Carolina Reis. Against No. 15 Ailen Crespo and Andrea Di Palma, the Saints were up 5-3 (40-30) before the stoppage.
