Sharale McCormick of the women’s basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending March 2.

The North Lauderdale, Florida native became the program's all-time leading scorer last Wednesday. She sank a pair of free throws in the second half that pushed her past Tara Teague's (1996-200) total of 1,378 points. McCormick scored 14 points in the game and now has 1,388 points and will keep on going as the Saints keep playing.
