Dylan Jones of the baseball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending April 9.

Jones batted a team-high .471 this past week with eight hits, including three doubles, knocked in two runs and scored four more as Flagler went 2-2. Jones also tied Flagler's, and the Peach Belt's, record for most doubles in a season with 26. That double came in the fifth inning of Sunday's game. Jones leads the nation in doubles.

Jones is fifth in the PBC in total bases (103) and hits (58).
