Joel Nesi led the Saints at the Florida University Invitational on Feb. 9-10.
In the 3000m run,
Joel Nesi led the Saints with a third-place finish and a new personal best time of 8:24.28.
Francisco Ramirez followed in fifth at 8:45.13.
In the mile,
Matt Lyons crossed the finish line with a personal best time of 4:19.12 to secure fifth.
Max Bowlin earned a personal best time and a 10
th place finish at 4:28.83, followed by
Logan Burch in 13
th place with a time of 4:3.67.
Chase McKee (4:35.67) and
Adrian Abercrombie (4:45.47) finished in 14
th and 17
th place, respectively.
In the 5000m run,
Jon Eide finished in fifth with a personal best time of 15:07.56.
Gavin Ross followed in sixth at 15:12.42, earning a new personal best time.
Christian Fernandez took seventh at 15:21.09, while
Logan Seifert set a new personal record at 15:29.19 to secure ninth.
Ethan Tank finished in 10
th with a personal best time of 15:32.31.
Michael Hayeck took 12
th place with a new personal best time of 16:36.29.
Tyrel Emig made his 2023 debut in the 200m dash, crossing the finish line at 24.76 to take 15
th place.
In the 800m run, Burch (2:07.68) finished in 19
th place. Abercrombie (2:11.26) and
Jack Cleary (2:21.02) followed in 22
nd and 24
th place.
Next, the Saints will travel to Winston-Salem, North Carolina for the JDL DMR Invitational on Feb.17-18.
