EMPORIA, Kan. – Kaleb Hollins of Flagler College finished in 10^th place in the first round of the 800 meter run with a time of 1:49.36 at the NCAA Division II National Championships Friday night at the Francis G. Welch Stadium.

The top eight runners advanced to Saturday's final.

Hollins was tied for 19^th nationally in the 800 meter run with a season-best time of 1:48.53, which happened at the Embry-Riddle Running Elements, April 2. That was the second-fastest time in the NCAA Division II Southeast Region.
