AMERICUS, Ga. – The Flagler College-Georgia Southwestern State University season-ending Peach Belt Conference doubleheader has been cancelled as Americus is under a tornado watch until 3 p.m. this afternoon. A 90% chance of rain has been forecast for the immediate area.

The games will not be made up as both teams are not eligible for the conference tournament next weekend.

Flagler ends its season with a 15-34 overall record and a 6-16 mark in the Peach Belt. Georgia Southwestern (15-31, 2-18) has a non-conference doubleheader against Albany State University scheduled for Monday (April 20) at home.
