TURNING POINT
The visiting Buccaneers would strike first in the 21

However, the lead was short lived as the Saints responded right back within three minutes. From the left side of the box,
Dani Freire made a move to the inside and ripped a shot, but the Barry defender knocked it down. The rebound slid quickly across the box and found
Maddock Griffith on the right side. The junior wasted no time striking a rope to the left of the net for the equalizer.
The two offenses would exchange opportunities for the rest of the first half but went into the break all tied 1-1. The Saints jumped on the visitors early in the second half to grab their first lead of the night. The tandem of
Dani Freire and
Maddock Griffith connected again in the 48
th minute. From the left side of the box, Freire found a crossing Griffith in stride in front of net and the junior put home his second goal of the match to give the Saints a 2-1 lead.
Barry wouldn't shy away, however, as the Buccaneers responded in the 65
th minute with the equalizer. Following a chip into the box that was sent into the air by the Saints defense, Pierre Fabre settled under the ball and headed a pass back to Carlos Ramunno in front of the box.
