VALDOSTA, Ga. – The Flagler College men's golf team is in 14^th place with an 11-over par 587 (295-292) after the second round of play at the NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional concluded Friday afternoon at the Valdosta Country Club (par 72; 7,012 yards). The final round begins tomorrow a 9 a.m. with a shotgun start.

Masen McKain, of Flagler, is in a tie for 21^st place with a 1-under 143 (70-73). Nic Eberhard is tied for 32^nd place with a 1-over 145 (72-73). PJ Herron had the best round of the Flagler players today and is tied for 56^th place with a 4-over 148 (77-71). Matthew French is at 7-over and Rocco Randazzo is at 15-over.

Top-ranked (SCOREBOARD by clippd Division II Top 25) University of West Florida and No. 16 Nova Southeastern University are tied atop the 20-team leaderboard with a 15-under 561. No. 6 Georgia Southwestern State University is two shots back with a 13-under 563 (279-284). No. 2 Lee University is in fourth place with a 12-under 564 (289-275). If the tournament was to end today, No. 4 Florida Southern College (-9), No. 10 Columbus State University (-7), and No. 17 Barry University (-1) would join the top four teams in advancing to the national championship.

Leading the 105-man leaderboard is Cooper Tendick of West Florida. He has shot a 12-under 132 (67-65) so far, but only holds a one-stroke lead. Drew Zielinski of Lee is right on his heels with an 11-under 133 (68-65).
