ALBANY, Ga. – The Flagler College women's outdoor track and field team competed at the Annual Alice Coachman Invite hosted by Albany State University on Saturday.
Zoe Zinnie finished 13th out of 21 runners in the 200m with a time of 27.86. She competed in the 100m hurdles for the first time and finished in with a time of 19.65.
Makinzie Luhrsen threw for a 9.19m mark in the shot put that earned her an 11th place finish. Zinnie had another first on the day, throwing shot put for a 6.55m. Luhrsen also threw in the discus and hit a 27.29m throw that earned her another 11th place finish.
The Saints will compete in the Eagles Invite hosted by Embry-Riddle for a last chance meet on April 20 in Daytona Beach, Fla.
