KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Flagler College women's soccer team is ranked No. 19 according to the latest United Soccer Coaches Division II Top 25, released Tuesday afternoon.

Flagler went 2-0-0 last week as it defeated USC Beaufort (4-3) and Albany State University (8-0).

The top five teams in the nation have changed from the previous week. Catawba College (14-0-0) takes over the top spot. The previous No. 1-ranked team, Ashland University (13-0-2) slipped to No. 2. The College of Saint Rose (13-0-1) moved up one spot to No. 3. Colorado Mesa University (12-1-1) moved up two places to No. 4. Kutztown University (11-0-4) also jumped two positions to No. 5. 

The NCAA region rankings will be released tomorrow. The first ranking will be in alphabetical order. The NCAA rankings are how teams are selected for the postseason.

Up next for Flagler is a home match against No. 17 Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University tomorrow at Saints Field at 7 p.m. It's the last regular season home match for the Saints.

The next national poll will be Oct. 31.
