Sara Davis of the volleyball team was selected as the Athlete of the Month, sponsored by Sleep Inn, for the month of November.

Davis was the athlete of the week during the month for the period ending Dec 3.

The senior middle hitter helped lead the Saints to its third regional title after posting a .408 hitting percentage with 38 kills and only nine errors on 71 swings. Davis also had four aces and 10 total blocks. In the regional final vs. Wingate, the Akron, Ohio naive had 10 kills, hit. 346 and had three total blocks. Davis had 16 kills and seven total blocks in a five-set win over Anderson in the semifinal.

Davis hit a remarkable .485 during the month with 87 kills and only eight errors on 163 swings. She was second on the team in total blocks with 24 helping the Saints to an 8-0 mark.
