Kohl Roberts of the men’s basketball team was named Athlete of the Month, sponsored by St. Augustine Inn, for the month of January.

Roberts was named player of the week on Jan. 24.

(From Jan. 24 release) Roberts averaged 12.0 points and 8.0 rebounds per game to help lead Flagler to a 2-0 week. He shot 71.4 percent from the field as he made 10-0f-14 from the field and had three blocked shots to go along with a pair of steals. The senior from Atlanta, Georgia scored 11 points and grabbed six rebounds in a win at the University of North Georgia. He made all five shots he took in the game. Against No. 17 (NABC Division II Top 25) Augusta University, Roberts recorded his first double-double as a Saint with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
