Joel Dahlenburg of the men's golf team was selected as the Student-Athlete of the Month, sponsored by Courtyard and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Augustine, for the month of March.

Dahlenburg was selected as the Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of Mar. 18.

In the month of March, Dahlenburg earned medalist honors at the Bearcat Golf Classic with a 7-under par 209 which broke a school record for the lowest score in a 54-hole event. He also finished first in Flagler's dual match with Illinois-Springfield when he was the lone player to break par with a 5-under 66.

Through 27 rounds of golf this year, Dahlenburg has a scoring average of 73.5, which is 2-over relative to par.
