Heloise Duffie de Tassigny of the women's cross country team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Sept. 24.

Duffie de Tassigny recorded a career-best 5K time of 18:16.3 to win the non-Division I portion of the Mountain Dew Invitational at Gaines, Florida, last Saturday. Her time is the third fastest in the PBC so far this season. Overall, the Angers, France native finished in eighth place. Her previous career best in the 5K came earlier in the month at the VSU Border Clash where she finished in a time of 18:49.5.

She helped lead the Saints to a fifth place finish at the Mountain Dew Invite.
