Kenny Moore of the men's basketball team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending Jan. 2.

Moore averaged a team-high 19.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game to help lead Flagler to a 1-1 record at the 36th annual Winter Park Rotary Tangerine Tournament. He also shot 64.3% (18-28) from the field. In a 76-72 overtime win over Washington Adventist in the consolation game, Moore scored a career-high 21 points and grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds, his team-leading fifth double-double of the year.

Moore is averaging 14.2 points and 10.1 rebounds per game for the Saints. He leads the team with 11 blocked shots and is tied for the team lead with 12 steals. Moore's 61.1 field goal percentage tops the team, along with his rebounding average.
