Andrew Smith of the men's cross country team was selected as the TraveLynx Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Oct. 11.

Smith finished in 15th place with a career-best 8K time of 25:53.60 and helped the Saints finish in eighth place out of 25 teams in the 20th annual Disney Cross Country Classic last Saturday at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Smith has the top 8K time in the Peach Belt Conference, so far this season, in an 8K event.
