FRISCO, Texas - Henriette Stranda of the Flagler College women's golf team was named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association(WGCA) All-South region team, according to organization officials yesterday afternoon.

Stranda completed her third and final season as a Saint, earning all-region for the third consecutive year. Ranked No. 9 in the SCOREBOARD national rankings, powered by clippd, Stranda finished at No. 6 in the region.

Stranda competed in nine tournaments through the year. With an average of 73.2 strokes per play, the Kråkstad, Norway native won two tournaments and finished in the top ten of six of those. At the NCAA Division II South Regional, Stranda finished tied for 73rd. Among Peach Belt Conference opponents, Stranda is one of two conference representatives on the team.
