BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Jessica Wright of the Flagler College women's lacrosse team was named Gulf South Conference Player of the Week for the third consecutive week yesterday afternoon, according to conference officials.

Wright tallied a game-high eight points to help No. 1 Flagler secure the 2026 GSC Regular Season Championship. The senior had six goals on 10 shots, as well as two assists in an 18-7 win over University of Alabama in Huntsville. This was her third game of the season with eight or more points. This is Wright's third consecutive and sixth overall GSC Offensive Player of the Week award of the 2026 season.
