BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - For the second consecutive week, Jessica Wright of the Flagler College women's lacrosse team was named Gulf South Conference Player of the Week yesterday, according to conference officials. 

Wright recorded six or more points in a game for the fourth time this season as Flagler secured another conference win. The senior scored a game-high four goals and had two assists in a 23-4 rout at University of Montevallo. She also picked up one ground ball and one caused turnover against the Falcons. This is Wright's second straight and fifth overall GSC Offensive Player of the Week award of the 2026 season.
