ANDERSON, S.C. – Flagler College senior shortstop Sydney Stewart was selected to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Southeast Region second team. According to a release Monday morning.

Stewart is the first player to receive all-region honors from the D2CCA since Kyleigh Taylor in 2022.

The Fortson, Georgia native led the Saints with a .399 batting average, a .765 slugging percentage, and a .498 on-base percentage. She also led the team in runs (65), hits (73), doubles (17), home runs (16), and runs batted in (63). Stewart was second in the PBC in OPS (1.2653), runs scored, RBI, home runs, and she led the league in walks (36). She ranked sixth in the country in runs, seventh in runs per game (1.18), 14^th in total bases (140), 11^th in RBI, 14^th in RBI per game (1.15), 13^th in home runs, and 25^th in home runs per game (0.29).
