AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Flagler College softball team earned the No. 4 seed in this weekend's Peach Belt Conference Tournament, presented by College Ave. Student Loans, at University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia. The Saints take on the No. 5 seed USC Aiken on Friday at 4:30 p.m.

The tournament is spread over two weekends with four-team double elimination rounds hosted at the No. 1 and 2 seeds the first weekend. The two winners from each site will meet the second weekend for a best-of-three championship series, hosted by the highest remaining seed. The top two seeds are No. 1 University of North Georgia and No. 2 Columbus State University. The Nighthawks won their 10th consecutive PBC Regular Season Championship after posting a 21-3 conference record.

Flagler (32-20 overall, 15-9 Peach Belt) hosted USC Aiken earlier this season and won two-of-three to take the series against the Pacers. The Pacers lead the all-time series 14-16 and the teams have not met in the conference tournament before.
