Saints ranked No. 7

ST. AUGUSTINE – The Flagler College women's golf team held at No. 7 in the nation, according to the latest ranking by clippd, the new home for collegiate golf.

The Saints have an average weighted points score of 43.12. Flagler is coming off a fourth-place finish at the World Golf Invitational at the beginning of the week.

Flagler is one of three Peach Belt Conference team in the top 25. Lander University held at No. 21 and the University of North Georgia remained the same at No. 22.

Half of the top 10 are comprised of South/Southeast Region teams. Nova Southeastern University tops the charts again with Rollins College following at No. 2. Anderson University is No. 8 and Lynn University rounds out the top 10.

Three Saints are ranked in the top 100 individually. Stella Jelinek is ranked No. 3 and has an average weighted points score of 55.08. Henriette Stranda checks in at No. 28 with an AWP of 32.66. Jordyn Hodgson is at No. 67 with an AWP of 23.50.

Up next for the Saints is the Lady Moc Classic Feb. 19-20 at the Grasslands Golf & Country Club at Lakeland, Florida.
