The Saints won the conference title in 2011, 2015, and 2019. Four times Flagler individuals have earned medalist honors. Joel Dahlenburg won in 2011 and 2012 while Jordan Ebanks took the title in 2015. Juan Iturra topped the field in 2019 at the Slammer & Squire.

The PBCs have five teams ranked in the top 25 by Golfstat. The teams will not only be competing for a trophy, but for the league's automatic berth to the South/Southeast Regional, which will be held May 11-13 at the Grande Oaks Golf Club at Davie, Florida.
