ST. AUGUSTINE – Flagler College closed overtime on a 7-2 run to defeat Young Harris College 61-57 in a Peach Belt Conference women's basketball game Saturday afternoon at Flagler Gymnasium.
Flagler improved to 4-12 overall and the Saints won their first Peach Belt game (1-5). Young Harris falls to 6-8 overall and 2-4 in conference play. Flagler hosts No. 16 (WBCA Division II Top 25) University of North Georgia on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

Miracle Parker sank a jumper to give the Saints the lead for good and
Taylor Gardner knocked down a three-pointer to give Flagler a 59-55 cushion with 2:05 left.
Garnder finished with a team-high 15 points, eight rebounds and added five assists. She made 4-for-7 from three-point range.
N'Mya Pierce recorded her sixth double-double of the season with 12 points and a game-high 15 rebounds.
Sharale McCormick supplied 13 points and five rebounds.
The Saints shot 50 percent (7-of-14) from the field in the fourth quarter and the overtime session.
Mackenzie Johnson finished with a double-double as she scored a game-high 16 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Trinity Edwards also had a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Kalen Surles contributed 10 points and five assists.
The Mountain Lions shot 8.7 percent (2-of-23) from three-point range.
