ST. AUGUSTINE — Day three of the Flagler Invitational has been canceled due to heavy rain and field conditions.

The Flagler College softball team ended day two early as inclement weather halted play in the bottom of the first versus Lynn University — with the home team leading 4-0 — before canceling the day's final game. Flagler was set to face Lynn on Sunday, as well, but that in-region matchup is also canceled and will not be made up.
 
The Saints were 1-2 over their season-opening weekend at Flagler Field and will be back in action Wednesday when they head to Chris Bellotto Field for a doubleheader in a rematch with Florida Southern College, starting at 3 p.m.
