Eryka Kruk and Hrda earned the No. 4 seed for the doubles field after the pair won by default against teammates Meier and
Dana Heimen in the ITA Southeast Regional Doubles Championship. Meier and Heimen also earned spots in the ITA Cup doubles field.Â
Formerly known as the Small College Nationals, the ITA Cup has a history dating back to 1986. It is the only singles and doubles national championship event for the NCAA Division II and NAIA levels. In 2021, more than 8,000 players participated in 60 regional tournaments to gain entry into the ITA Cup field.
