ST. AUGUSTINE –
Jaizec Lottie scored a team-high 28 points, grabbed eight rebounds, dished out eight assists, and tallied three steals in No. 2 (NABC Division II Top 25) Flagler College's 84-74 loss to Rollins College Tuesday night at Flagler Gymnasium.
Flagler is now 1-2 on the season while Rollins is a perfect 3-0.

The Saints came out red-hot in their home opener racing out to a 16-6 lead, but Kyle Marion of Rollins would help rally the Tars and his three-pointer trimmed the deficit to one (28-27). Rollins closed the first half on a 12-0 run and took a 45-36 lead into the locker room. The Tars shot 50 percent (18-36) from the field in the first half.
Rollins held its largest lead early in the second half (49-36), but the Saints kept the margin in the single digits for almost the remainder of the game.

Chris Metzger six-foot jumper cut the Tars lead to four (78-74) with 2:44 left, but that was the last bucket for Flagler.
Marion led five players in double figures as he finished with a game-high 31 points for Rollins. Brooks Cluxton recorded a double-double with 10 points and a game-high 13 rebounds. The Tars finished the game shooting 50 percent (35-70) from the field
"Rollins deserved to win that game and made ky plays when it mattered most," said Warner. "We have got to get better, and we will. I believe in our guys and know we will respond."
Chase Fiddler drained four 3-pointers to account for his 12 points for the Saints. He also blocked two shots.
Jalen Barr grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds.
Flagler heads to Daytona Beach, Florida for the weekend as it will play in the Bahama House Shootout starting Friday. The Saints will face Auburn University at Montgomery at 5 p.m. at the ICI Center.
