ST. AUGUSTINE – The Flagler College-University of North Georgia women's basketball game scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 6 at Dahlonega has been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols.
Flagler will now host Francis Marion University on Jan. 6 at 3 p.m. at Flagler Gymnasium. Francis Marion had its game at Georgia College postponed for the same day for the same reason.
The Flagler-Francis Marion game will be open to a limited amount of spectators – season-ticket holders and 40 percent of capacity. Masks are required as well as social distancing of non-homogenous groups and temperatures will be taken at the door. This will count as a Peach Belt Conference game.
Saturday's games against Young Harris College are still on as scheduled. The women will tip at 1:30 p.m. and the men will follow.
There will be no re-entry allowed. The same limited capacity applies on Saturday as does Wednesday's women's game.
The games will be streamed on line at
