Kevin Gonzalez of the men's tennis team was selected as the TraveLynx Athlete of the Week, for the period ending March 13.

Gonzalez helped the No. 25 Flagler men upset No. 8 Concordia College of New York last Thursday. He defeated the ninth-ranked singles player in Division II, Jui Mao, in straight sets (6-1 and 6-1). Gonzalez also teamed with Lukas Storck at No. 1 doubles to defeat the top-ranked doubles team in Division II, Mao and Ofir Ginat, 8-1.

Gonzalez is 8-3 this season in singles and has won the last three doubles matches in a row that he has been paired with Storck.
