PEMBROKE, N.C. – Amelia Partin came off the bench to score a game-high 23 points as UNC Pembroke rolled to a 72-29 win over Flagler College in a Peach Belt Conference women's basketball game Sunday afternoon at the English E. Jones Center.

UNCP won its third game in a row and improve to 14-11 overall and 11-6 in the Peach Belt. Flagler fell to 3-21 overall and 2-15 in conference play.

Partin scored 15 of her 23 points in the second half. She made 8-of-12 from the field and sank five 3-pointers to lead the Lady Braves. Jazmine Kemp added 16 points and seven rebounds while Domonique Washington provided 15 points, eight rebounds, four assists and four steals.

The Lady Braves held the Saints to a season-low 29 points and 17.5% (11-63) shooting from the field.

Latesha Johnson (St. Petersburg, Fla., Lakewood HS) led the Saints with nine points and she added five rebounds. Jen Knurek (Orlando, Fla., Lake Mary HS) grabbed a team-high eight rebounds. Junior center Rachel Brown (Clearwater, Fla., Clearwater HS) blocked four shots, and her block of a Kemp put back with 13 second left in the first half tied Flagler's career record for blocked shots with 112. She tied Adrienne Donelson's (2007-11)  record.  

UNC Pembroke used a 25-0 run in the second half to blow the game open. The run lasted 10:39.

Flagler returns to action on Wednesday (Feb. 22) at Palm Beach Atlantic University at 6 p.m.
