Craine recorded a kill to cap three consecutive points by the Saints to tie the set at 4-all. But Jill Lau answered with a kill for Rollins and the Tars never relinquished the lead en route to a 25-22 win.

The second set saw 12 ties and five lead changes. After a Merideth kill tied the set at 16-all, Flagler went on a 4-1 run, prompting a Rollins timeout. Stacy and Craine recorded kills in the run coupled with a pair of errors by the Tars gave the Saints control. Flagler went on to win 25-23. The Saints hit .351 for the set with 14 kills and one error on 37 swings. The Tars kept pace hitting .240 and had 13 more attempts than the Saints.

The third set was as equally tough as the third with 10 ties and three lead changes. Flagler opened the set 3-1, but Rollins answered quickly and took its largest lead, 14-11, after a bad set by Morgan for Flagler. Back-to-back kills by Taylor gave the Saints a 19-17 lead, but the Tars would not go away. A Hodges kill tied the set at 21-all, but Flagler finished the set on a 4-1 run with Caitlyn Kovach serving an ace on set point.

The fourth and final set matched the intensity of the previous three sets. There were nine ties and six lead changes. Coming out of their second timeout, Hodges' attack went long for the Tars and gave the Saints a 23-20 lead. A double-hit by Morgan broke the run by Flagler, but Rollins' Christina Carracino gave Flagler match point when she was whistled for a ball handling error. The Saints weathered two hitting errors which made the score 24-23 and Meyer ended the match with kill.

Flagler will rest up the remainder of the week and focus on Palm Beach Atlantic University next Wednesday (Oct. 24) at West Palm Beach.
