Casey Gnann (Boca Raton, Fla., Spanish River HS) of the women's volleyball team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending Dec. 4.

Gnann collected a match-high 21 digs in Flagler's national quarterfinal loss at top-ranked Cal State San Bernardino last Thursday.

For the season, Gnann averaged 5.34 digs per set and broke the school record for digs in a season with 731. She helped lead the Saints to their second elite eight appearance and third consecutive Peach Belt Conference regular and post-season titles. Gnann was selected as the Peach Belt's Libero of the Year.
