AIKEN, S.C. – Hannah DeGraffinreed and Daniela Tarailo each scored 18 points to lead No. 18 (WBCA Division II Top 25) USC Aiken to a 90-49 win over Flagler College in a Peach Belt Conference women's basketball game Saturday afternoon at the Convocation Center.

USC Aiken won its fifth game in a row and improved to 6-1 overall and 1-0 in the Peach Belt. Flagler lost its third game in a row and fell to 1-6 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

DeGraffinreed was nearly flawless shooting the ball as she made 8-of-9 from the field. She added six rebounds. Tarailo sank a pair of 3-pointers and grabbed eight rebounds. Kayla Harris added 16 points while Lindsay Sundberg came off the bench to score 10 points and corral eight rebounds. Tiffani Moody chipped in with eight points, grabbed a game-high nine rebounds and handed out five assists in a reserve role. Brittany Hill tallied a game-high 11 assists.

The Pacers shot 52% (39-75) for the game and out-rebounded the Saints 45-32. USC Aiken forced 18 Flagler turnovers and converted them into 29 points.

Taye'Lor Trotter (St. Petersburg, Fla., Lakewood HS) led the Saints with 16 points, 10 of which came in the first half. Latesha Johnson (St. Petersburg, Fla., Lakewood HS) added 12 points, six rebounds and five assists.

After a Charlsea Owen (St. Augustine, Fla., Pedro Menendez HS) 3-pointer pulled the Saints to within three points (14-11), Tarailo sank a transition jumper, off a Flagler turnover, to spark an 11-0 run by the Pacers over a 2:37 stretch. USCA made 5-of-7 from the field in that run while Flagler went 0-for-7.

The Saints could not get any closer than 10 points.

Flagler will host Augusta State University on Wednesday (Dec. 14) at 5:30 p.m. at Flagler Gymnasium.
