ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. − Kenny Bellevance's RBI single in the top of the ninth inning was the game-winning hit as No. 19 (Collegiate Baseball Division II Top 30) North Georgia College & State University rallied to defeat Flagler College 2-1 Friday night in a non-conference game at Flagler Stadium.

North Georgia improved to 32-15 on the season while Flagler had its five-game winning streak snapped and fell to 27-21.

Jordan Erisman hit a one-out triple to the left-center field gap to start the ninth inning rally. Andre Airich hit a 1-0 pitch to right-center to plate Erisman to tie the game 1-all. After a walk put runners at first and second, Bellevance slapped a 0-1 offer to center field to plate the second run.

Jacob Rickett came on to close out the ninth for North Georgia and pick up his 10th save of the season. He walked a batter and struck out two.

Chris Rearick (9-2) tossed the first eight innings, scattered seven hits, allowed a run and struck out six. He retired the last 15-of-21 batters he faced.

Erisman led North Georgia with two hits.

Zach Bove (Winter Haven, Fla./Central Florida CC) hit a single and a double while Payne Maddox (Jacksonville, Fla./Stanton College Prep) singled twice for Flagler. Bove scored the lone run on an infield ground out.

Adam Jaudon (St. Augustine, Fla./Pedro Menendez HS) (5-2) tossed eight and one-third innings and received the hard-luck loss. He scattered five hits, allowed two runs and struck out six. Jaudon retired 11 batters by ground outs. He started the game by retiring 24-of-the-first-28 batters he faced. Midway through the game, Jaudon set down 16-of-17 batters.

The same two teams will meet tomorrow (May 1) at 5 p.m. The St. Augustine Navy League will be honored prior to the game.
