ANDERSON, S.C. − Lasse Sohrweide and Ben Jones each scored twice to help power Anderson University to a 6-1 win over Flagler College in a Southeast Region men's soccer match Friday night at the AU Soccer Field. Anderson improved to 4-0 while Flagler fell to 0-2.

Sohrweide scored the Trojans first goal in the 6th minute when he knocked in Zach Denson's corner kick. Paulo Passini scored off of a pass from Mark Smith in the 30th minute and just 43 seconds later, Jorgen Hals scored an unassisted goal for Anderson.

Jones scored both of his goals early in the second half.

Mack Hough (St. Augustine, Fla./Pedro Menendez HS) scored his first goal of the season in the 75th minute.

Benjamin Pepion notched two saves in goal for Anderson. Matt Gilman (Ocala, Fla./Jacksonville U.) tallied five saves for the Saints.

Anderson out-shot Flagler 19-7 and held an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks.

Flagler will take on Barry University on Sunday (Sept. 6) at the Anderson Sports Complex at 11 a.m.
