Armstrong Atlantic won the opener 4-3 in eight innings while Flagler took the second game 7-3. Flagler is now 12-11 on the season while AASU fell to 11-7.

Flagler had the bases loaded with one out in the bottom of the eighth but couldn't push the tying run across.

The Pirates held a 3-0 lead going into the bottom of the fifth inning. The Saints scored three unearned runs aided by a throwing error by the Pirate third baseman on a sacrifice bunt. Heather Hill (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla./Indian River CC) hit a two-run double to left to tie the game.

Another intentional walk loaded the bases and Chelsea Welch (Pensacola, Fla./Escambia HS) doubled down the left field line scoring two more runs and Flagler led 6-3. Brittany Simmons (Ocala, Fla./Chattanooga State Tech CC) followed with a double to right field to cap off the scoring.
