MELBOURNE, Fla. − Conor Killeen (Dublin, Ireland/Colaiste Ide) blasted a shot from 25 yards out and the ball slipped through the hands of the keeper to give Flagler College a 2-1 double overtime win over Florida Tech in a non-conference men's soccer match Tuesday afternoon at Rick Stottler Field.

Flagler improved its record to 8-4-1 while Florida Tech slipped to 6-7-0.

Florida Tech scored the first goal of the match Stanley Abada scored off a Naru Wild-Putsom pass in the 26th minute. Abada received the ball towards the back post and placed the ball in the upper middle of the goal.

Flagler would score the equalizer courtesy of Mack Hough (St. Augustine, Fla./Pedro Menendez HS) as he took a pass from Ryan Endrizzi (Apopka, Fla./Bishop Moore HS) at the left side of the 18' and found the back of the net in the 71st minute.

The Saints peppered the Panthers' keeper with several shot in regulation, but could not get one past.

In the first overtime period, only the Panthers were able to get a shot on goal, but the tie stayed through the first extra session.

In the 105th minute, Killeen received the pass from Joseph Toby (Jacksonville, Fla./Wolfson HS) and boomed a shot in.

Matt Gilman (Ocala, Fla./Jacksonville U.) tallied three saves for the Saints while Derrick Hackett recorded six saves for the Panthers.

Flagler and Florida Tech each took 19 shots and Flagler maintained a 4-2 advantage in corner kicks. Fouls were split 20-20.

Flagler plays host to Saint Xavier University on Saturday (Oct. 17) at 7 p.m. at Saints Field.
