Rahdir Hicks of the men’s basketball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending Feb. 1.

The Catesville, Pennsylvania native averaged 13.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game last week as Flagler posted a 2-0 record. He scored nine points, grabbed seven rebounds, and tallied four assists in a 72-70 double overtime win over Georgia Southwestern. His 3-pointer with 2.6 seconds left in the second overtime won the game for the Saints. Hicks added 17 points and four rebounds in a 67-61 win over Columbus State.
