Flagler College Athletics

Jordan Sheets of the softball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week for the period ending March 24.
 
Sheets pitched the first perfect game in program history against Allen University on March 20. She earned two wins on the week with the second coming against No. 1 University of North Georgia. 
 
Her win marked the first time in 10 years that Flagler has beat North Georgia at the Nighthawks home field. She pitched six innings against the Nighthawks and 11 total in the week. Sheets finished with an ERA of 1.27 on the week with a total of five strikeouts. 
 
The Saints will return home for a series against Columbus State starting March 29 at Flagler Field.
