Andrea Fernandez of the women's soccer team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Aug. 28.

The Pozoblanco, Spain native scored both of Flagler College's goals in the season opening win at the University of Mount Olive last Thursday. She scored the equalizer in the 17th minute and netted the game-winner in the 48th minute.
