Dylan Jones of the baseball team was selected as the TraveLynx Athlete of the Week, for the period ending April 10.

He was the player of the week recipient on March 20.

Jones helped lead Flagler to a perfect 4-0 week which included a three-game sweep of Armstrong State University as well as a win over No. 7 Florida Southern College. Jones batted .412 with a team-high seven hits including his first home run of the season. He also drove in six runs and scored another five. Jones' slugging percentage for the week was .588 and his on-base percentage was .524.

He had the eventual game-winning hit in the win over Florida Southern. Jones hit an RBI single in the fifth inning. His two-run single in the third rallied Flagler to an 8-5 lead as the Saints would go on to win 13-9.

Jones is 11th in the PBC in on-base percentage (.472) and is 14th in batting average (.371). He is sixth in the conference in sacrifice hits (7).
