Abby Austin of the women's soccer team was selected as the first TraveLynx Athlete of the Week for the 2015-16 season, for the period ending Sept. 7.

Austin scored the equalizer, unassisted, in the 81st minute in last Thursday's season opener at home against No. 17 Saint Leo University. Flagler and Saint Leo ended the match tied at 2-all through two overtime periods. The sophomore forward had two shot on goal in the match.
