Corey Mundy of the men's indoor track & field team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week, for the period ending January 18.

Mundy won his first-ever indoor race this past Saturday (Jan. 17) at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open. He posted a time of 8:30.31 in the 3000m run and won by more than 10 seconds.

This is the first year of the indoor track & field program at Flagler.

Mundy was a five time player of the week selection during the cross country season. He earned all-region and All-Peach Belt Conference honors as well as being named the PBC Runner of the Year, all in cross country.
