Karlie Redfern of the volleyball team was selected as the Academy Bus Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Nov 19.

Redfern was selected as the Peach Belt Conference Tournament Most Valuable Player after leading the Saints with 26 kills. The Harrisburg, North Carolina native also had 17 digs and 10 total blocks in the two matches in the tournament. In the semifinal match vs. Augusta, Redfern had a match-high 16 kills to go along with 11 digs and five total blocks. In the championship match at Georgia College, she recorded a match-high 10 kills and had six digs as well as five total blocks.

Redfern is third in the PBC in aces and aces per set.She is 11th in kills and kills per set.
