                        2013 (JUNIOR): Earned all-region honors after finishing sixth at the Southeast Region Championships with a 10K time of 31:30.3...Won the PBC Championships with an 8K time of 24:29.75 and earned first-team all-conference honors for the second consecutive season...He broke the school's all-time 8K record with his time at the PBC Championships...Became the first Flagler men's runner to compete at the NCAA Division II National Championships...Earned academic all-conference honors...A PBC President's Honor Roll Gold Scholar.
2012 (SOPHOMORE): Earned first-team All-Peach Belt Conference honors...Finished seventh in PBC Championships with an 8K time of 25.48.58...His 8K split time of 25:46 at the Southeast Regional was the third-fastest time ever at Flagler...Finished 18th at the Southeast Regional with a 10K time of 32:39.4...Earned PBC All-Academic honors...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Gold Scholar.
2011 (FRESHMAN): Peach Belt Conference Freshman of the Year...All-PBC second-team...Participated in all six meets...Posted a season-best 8K time of 27:07.12 at the PBC Championship...Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll Silver Scholar...PBC All-Sportsmanship Team member.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Clay High School in Green Cove Springs, Fla....Lettered in soccer and track for three seasons and cross country for two seasons...His best time in a 5K event was 16:15...Finished fifth in the 3200m run at the state championships in 2011...Placed first at the Menendez Invitational in the 5000m with a time of 16:28.
