Corey Mundy of the men's cross country team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week, for the period ending November 9.

This is the third time this fall Mundy has been selected as the student-athlete of the week.

Mundy may have fallen short in defending his Peach Belt Conference Championship crown, but he finished second with a time of 24:39.32 over the 8K course at Fort Gordon on Saturday. He earned his fourth consecutive all-conference award and was selected as the PBC's Runner of the Year, the first men's runner from Flagler to win that award. Mundy was also named to his second PBC All-Sportsmanship Team on Saturday. Earlier in the week, he added to his awards cache as he earned a spot on the PBC All-Academic team for the third year in a row.

Mundy and the Saints will now prepare for the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Nov. 22 at the University of Montevallo (Alabama).
