Ante Gospic of the men's basketball team was selected as the TraveLynx Student-Athlete of the Week for the period ending Jan 6.

This is the second consecutive week Gospic has been selected as the student-athlete of the week.

Gospic averaged 20 points and 12.5 rebounds per game in Flagler's two games last week. He recorded double-doubles in both games and has done so in the last four games.

Gospic leads the Saints with 17.3 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. He is shooting 54.5% from the field which is second on the club. Gospic shot 51.9% (14-27) from the field and made 92.3% (12-13) of his free throw attempts. At Montevallo, he scored a game-high 22 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and then turned around and scored 18 points and tallied 14 rebounds at Clayton State.

Gospic is averaging 18.2 points and 10.2 rebounds per game for Flagler this season. He has made 53.5% (38-71) of his shots from the field.
